Design
‘Built to order’ means a blank canvas with design. We spend time with our customers to ensure we get a clear understanding of what they want, and utilise our experience, skills and knowledge to work with them to achieve this. Custom research and development comes standard from the Sequor Trailers team, with the goal of creating an end product envisaged by our customer.
We have access to a large range of products and provide our customer with several options to make their product as unique as they want to make it.
Build
We custom build our trailers and oversee the construction from start to finish, so we can stand behind the quality of our products. Having a trailer built by us means we can tailor the build specifically to suit the customer’s requirements and ensure the finished product meets their needs. As an example, our boat trailers will be built and adapted to fit the customer’s boat hull.
Whilst we specialise in building trailers, we are also open to the construction of other steel projects.
Service and Maintenance
Servicing and maintenance of trailers is just as important to us as building new ones because we understand a trailer is an investment. We want to help our customers keep their trailers in good condition, so whatever they are transporting is safe and secure on the roads.
We believe that taking a proactive approach to trailer maintenance will help with keeping expensive repairs to a minimum in the long term.
Repair
Over time, components on trailers may need to be repaired or replaced. Our team can assist with repairing crossbeams, axles, frames, and other parts of trailers to ensure they are safe and warrant ready.
We will be honest about repair work and let our customers know if repairing something will be less economical or safe than replacing the faulty component, and work with them to make the best decisions in relation to this.
